DATA USE AND SYSTEMS' ROLE TO GUIDE READING LITERACY ACHIEVEMENT
Effective teaching is both a science and an art. While many educators certainly have a natural aptitude for engaging their students and conducting a class, no school district or state should neglect the importance of data systems in student instruction and intervention, or in classroom operation and control.
