If you've ever seen one of Ree Drummond's fun cooking videos on TikTok, you may have thought, 'Dang, I wish my mom cooked like that!' One thing is for sure: The Pioneer Woman's kids grew up eating some delicious meals! This week, the eldest Drummond child was asked her favorite Pioneer Woman recipe of all time, and it was impossible to pick just one.

"I get this question so much," Alex explained during an Instagram Q&A. "It's always so hard to answer because I love so many."

#Relatable. If she had to choose, though, it would be...all of her mom's pasta recipes. Okay, okay, that's not very specificā€”so Alex narrowed it down to Ree's beloved Cajun chicken pasta.

The dish is exceedingly yummy and nothing too fancy. "Just a good ol' basic, hearty, filling, satisfying, and oh...DELICIOUS chicken pasta dish with the zip of Cajun spice," says Ree. You'll definitely want to add this one to your weekly meal rotation!

Next up on Alex's list of all-time faves is a dessert recipe that's been in the Drummond family for generations: Grandma's homemade cinnamon rolls.

When Ree was growing up, Ree's mom Gerre always made these for her good friends at Christmastime. You could "literally hear the primal groans of pure joy" rising from the rooftops of their town, Ree remembers of the dish. The secret to their goodness is generously drizzling frosting over the warm rolls after you pull them out of the oven. "Don't be afraid to drown them puppies." Ree says.

But who could choose just one dessert?! Alex's other favorite sweet also "100% of the time, causes moans and groans from anyone who takes a bite." It's Ree's decadent, moist-beyond-imagination chocolate sheet cake.

There's no doubt that all of Alex's go-to recipes are favorites for plenty of Pioneer Woman readersā€”but some things just taste better with a touch of mom's love. šŸ˜
