Did you know that Kimberly J. Brown was just barely a teenager when she first starred as Marnie Piper? She had just turned 13 when she got the role, with a very minimal acting resume behind her back. Before Halloweentown, you might have seen her in projects like The Baby-Sitter's Club.

After the success of Halloweentown, Kimberly had roles in movies like Be Cool, Bringing Down the House, and My Sister’s Keeper, but she has since decided to lay low from the acting scene. Now and days, Kimberly is a college graduate who uses her business degree to work on Craftily Creative, an Etsy shop specializing in Halloweentown-esque merch.

Then: Judith Hoag

Halloweentown was far from Judith's first movie gig. In fact, she was already well into her career, with her most credible role in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, starring as April O'Neil. But if you were keen on '90s television, then you also knew her in the shows The Magicians, Nashville, and Big Love.

Back to television she went! After Halloweentown, Judith returned to her roots, guest starring in hit series like Grey’s Anatomy and CSI: New York. But if you really want to know what she's up to now, just peek at her social pages, specifically Instagram! She's always posting some funny clips and keeping her fans updated on whatever project she's working on.

Then: Joey Zimmerman

Emily was the youngest kid in the Halloweentown cast, but even she had some previous acting experience. Her first film was actually Fell's Redeemer, where she played a young girl named Alicia.

Emily's acting career was a short-lived journey. She hasn't appeared in any films or television series since Halloweentown. But follow her Instagram page, and you'll see that she's a mom, a third-degree black belt, and a mixed martial arts constructor.

Then: Debbie Reynolds

This almost goes without saying, but Debbie already had a long list of acclaimed roles before co-starring in the Disney original. The Oscar-nominated actress made a name for herself with films such as Singin' in the Rain and The Unsinkable Molly Brown. She was also a mother of two, including Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher.

Finn's acting career has soared since his time in the Disney movie franchise. He has two Emmy nominations under his belt for his many roles in FX's American Horror Story. It looks like the actor is only in the middle of his career, so we can probably expect to see him on our screens more in the future.

Then: Sara Paxton

Fans were probably a little confused when Kimberly didn't return to reprise her role as Marnie for the final film in the franchise, Return to Halloweentown. But Sara did a dang good job as her replacement! Before that, she too made an appearance in Disney's Lizzie McGuire. But she was best known for her leading role in Aquamarine, everyone's favorite mermaid flick.
