Jell-O Reveals a Brand-New Look for the First Time in 10 Years

There are few food brands that are as iconic in American history as Jell-O. Think about it: Between the telltale jiggle of their famous gelatin and their lunchbox staple pudding, it would be hard to find someone of any generation who doesn't feel that childhood nostalgia. Plus, with all the retro desserts making a comeback in recent years, Jell-O has proven that they're here to stay.

Well, Jell-O fans, we're here to report that there's a major change coming to the classic brand hitting shelves soon. Get ready to wiggle with delight, because Jell-O just announced brand new packaging that's as playful and fun as the desserts themselves. Say hello to the new logo of "America's most famous dessert!"

Now we know you're wondering if anything inside the packaging will change, so let's get that out of the way now: nope! Everything you love about their famous mixes and pre-made desserts will taste exactly the same. So make that strawberry pretzel salad or retro poke cake exactly how your grandma always would. It will just be way more fun to shop for the products now.

This redesign was a long time coming―ten years in fact! According to Rebecca Williams, the Creative Director at Brand Opus who helped with the new look, "We're bringing back the jiggly fun and harnessing the wonder that the brand brings to adults and kids alike." The logo is meant to be more playful and sensorial, just like the desserts themselves.

The updated packaging is being rolled out across all the Jell-O brand products, including their popular pudding, gelatin, cups, and boxed mixes and will be found in stores across the U.S. starting well... now! So be on the lookout the next time you go shopping for the new modern look to a classically delicious brand.
