It may be August, but that hardly matters to the folks over at Food Network who just released their 2023 lineup of Halloween shows and specials!

We know, it still feels pretty warm outside. But hey, pumpkin spice season has already started, so it just makes sense that we can now anticipate to see all things fall and Halloween-related. Knowing Food Network's history with spooky series, we know we're in for a treat this time around—especially given the news of which shows are making a comeback! So as we prepare for summer to end, and start to plan our fall baking list and what Halloween treats we'll be serving up this year—it's nice to also see what we have coming up for us in the entertainment department.

Halloween Baking Championship

The new season of Halloween Baking Championship premieres Monday, September 11 at 9 p.m. ET. This spooky expedition takes 12 talented competitors to a decaying carnival where they'll compete in spine-chilling baking challenges. And ultimately one baker will be named the Halloween Baking Champion. The judges include Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall, and Zac Young.

Halloween Cookie Challenge

Halloween Cookie Challenge premieres on Monday, September 25 at 10 p.m. ET. Hosted by Duff Goldman and Rosanna Pansin, Halloween Cookie Challenge brings together some of the best bakers in the country, having them partake in some grueling cookie-making challenges that tests their decorating skills and baking knowledge. The baker with the spookiest and tastiest Halloween cookies will take home the grand prize of $10,000!

Halloween Wars

Halloween Wars will air on Sunday, September 17 at 9 p.m. ET. If you have a keen interest in the world of the paranormal, this one is for you. Host, Jonathan Bennett, takes us on a sinister trip in this eight-episode season. Watch as nine teams of competitors (including pumpkin carvers, cake bakers, and sugar artists) dare to take on a haunted house and create some of the spookiest Halloween cakes. They'll face multiple challenges, aiming to prove to the judges (Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira) that they're worthy of the $25,000 prize.

Kids Baking Championship: Bloodcurdling Bakes

Kids Baking Championship: Bloodcurdling Bakes premieres on Monday, September 25 at 8 p.m. ET. Duff Goldman is back to co-host this spooky Halloween special with Sam Seneviratne. Four kid bakers will battle it out to create cakes inspired by classic Halloween candy bars. Of course, there will be a shocking curveball before the best baker is announced. Watch to find out!

Outrageous Pumpkins

Outrageous Pumpkins premieres on Sunday, September 24 at 10 p.m. ET. This show takes pumpkin carving to a whole new level! Host Damaris Phillips and judges Terri Hardin and Ralph Attanasia take eight talented pumpkin carvers through a series of challenges that are terrifyingly outrageous! Putting more than just an evil smirk on a Jack-o'-lantern, these carvers are known to create the some of the most elaborate, eerie looking pumpkins you have ever seen. The winner will get the title of Outrageous Pumpkins Champion along with $25,000 and a prize belt.
